MEET JENN
I BELIEVE THE BODY HAS AN incredible ability TO HEAL—when given the right tools.
My passion for medicine stems from both professional experience and personal transformation.
After smoking for 15 years and struggling with my own health, I discovered firsthand how lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset can influence how we feel and function. Now, as a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and A4M Fellow, I specialize in functional and integrative medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, hormone health, and personalized wellness care.
My journey to medicine was anything but traditional. I spent 31 years as an international flight attendant, balancing my love for travel with my growing passion for healthcare. I speak Spanish and German fluently, and my experiences around the world deepened my appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and approaches to health and well-being.
I continue to pursue advanced training in functional medicine, hormone health, and healthy aging, and I attend professional conferences throughout the year to stay current with evolving research and clinical practice. Beyond medicine, I’m honored to serve on the board of the Schenectady City Mission, in addition to being an advocate for homelessness relief and the fight against human trafficking. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, cooking, working out, and spending time with my husband and two bonus children.
Your health is more than a set of symptoms. I’m passionate about looking at the whole picture, understanding what may be contributing to how you feel, and helping you make informed decisions about your health so you can feel your best.
